Once we receive your order we will create a google drive folder and a trello board to manage your website project. We will send you the details of how to access this in an email on the next business day after your order.

Until then, see below on how to collate all the information for your new website!

This document is used to plan out the details of your new website. The planning document is broken into separate sections which should be completed in full.

We have included a checklist at the bottom of the document to make sure you have collected everything you need before you submit your content to us. This document will take approximately 3 HOURS to complete, so grab a cuppa and settle in.

Once submitted you will be directed to book a strategy planning session.

What happens now?

Step 1

COLLECT YOUR BUSINESS INFORMATION

Download the planning document. We have broken the document down into separate sections. All relevant sections need to be completed – this will ensure we have all the details to start building your website.

Time: 3 hours 

Step 2

SUBMIT YOUR INFORMATION

Once you have completed the planning document and gathered your website collateral submit your information via the below submission button.

Time: 15 minutes 

Step 3

BOOK A STRATEGY SESSION

Once you have submitted all of your website collateral you will be directed to book in a strategy session with our team. This allows us to collate all the information and create a website that is perfect for you and your business.

Time: 1.5 hours 

Step 4

WAIT FOR YOUR WEBSITE DESIGN

After your strategy session your website development will begin! We will contact you through the project management tool, trello to ask for feedback and important information along they way. During your strategy session we will provide a timeline of your website build that will depend on the complexity of your website. 

Time: 2-10 weeks depending on your project

Approved written content

The words on your website are important to help clarify to potential clients what you do best. Prior to beginning to build your website all copy needs to be fact checked, spell check and submitted via the submission form.

Images and photographs

Aim for at least 15 high quality, beautiful images that represent your branding and business. If possible professional imagery taken of you, your team and your business is preferred, however there are lots of options for beautiful stock photography.

Access to third party apps

We will need the access details of any third party applications you would like integrated with your website. Examples include email newsletters, payment gateways and booking apps. Please test passwords and supply these login details to us prior along with your planning document.

Supporting content

Any additional content that you want on your website such as PDF’s, videos and branding elements needs to be supplied prior to the commencement of your build. Content provided after the commencement of the build may not be included in the initial draft and could require additional time to implement.

Prior to your website going live we want to make sure you are IN LOVE with your new website. It’s important you provide honest feedback before signing off and your new site being launched.

Domain name details

We will require access to your domain name so that we can take your website live once you are 100% happy with the site.

FAQ’s

I don't have website images

High quality, beautiful images that reflect your branding and business are so important in creating a stunning website.

We recommend hiring a professional photographer to take photos of you, your team and your business ‘in action’. However, if this is not possible for you we have supplied a list of free and premium photography websites in the planning document.

I don't have website copy

Good website copy (AKA the words on your website) is so important for a highly converting website that speaks to your audience and clearly articulates how amazing you are!

Without words, your website would be just images and shapes – and your clients wouldn’t know where to go!

For self-confessed word-smiths, you may write and supply your own website copy.

For those that shudder at the thought of writing your own copy, we can arrange this for you for $550.

I don't have a domain

A domain is what comes after the www. and is usually your business name or clear representation of what your business does. If you don’t yet have a domain name, you can purchase one from sites such as Namecheap, Go Daddy or Crazy Domains.

Standard domains are really affordable and are renewed each year.

I need help with the planning document
