Social proof refers to the external validation

Social proof refers to the external validation of your business. It is the testimonials from your clientele, the media outlets you appear in, and the other business or brands you collaborate with. It shows potential clients that because other people and (sometimes popular) businesses work with you, your business is trustworthy.

For your website, social proof can be written testimonials or before/after transformation of clients, logos of the brands/products you work with, and any logos of media or local newspapers you’ve appeared in.
